We derive the reflection and refraction laws for an electron spin incident from a quasi-two-dimensional medium with no spin-orbit interaction on another both Rashba Dresselhaus using only energy conservation. obtain well-known result that angle, there can be generally two different angles into eigenstates in medium, resulting 'spin refractive indices' critical total internal reflection. expressions indices, which are not constant given but depend electron's energy. If effective mass of is larger than incidence then we show some energies potential barrier at interface, index lie between indices one angle.
